STELA Group’s management fee will be quoted and is dependent on the size of the development. Additional fees from NBN will apply such as the NBN Developer Contribution fee and the End User Contribution Fee. Please note that the End User Contribution fee is only applicable to homeowners applying for a service through their preferred retailer.

Once nbn has advised that your premises is ready to connect and has nbn infrastructure reserved, further works may be required to finalise the connections. For properties that fall within an FTTN, HFC, or FTTC areas, this will need to be arranged under the connection order with your chosen Retailer Service Provider. For properties that will within an FTTP area, please contact us and we can arrange to have the equipment installed.
