We will need to conduct an assessment of your current provisions and the network infrastructure to determine how your service can be ran underground. An underground connection is recommended to ensure that the fixed line connection is protected from potential corrosion, damage by the elements and ensures a nice tidy finish to your new build.

The reconnection process can take up to two weeks to be scheduled. Please let us know early if you are expecting driveways or landscaping to ensure our works can proceed.
