What information do I need to request for an underground power connection?
To commence the power connection, please advise the following information:
- If the site requires single phase or 3-phase
- Nominated positioning of meter panels & sub-boards to be clearly marked on the Working Drawings
- Nominated located of any drainage pits within the property boundary to be clearly marked on the Working Drawings
- Plan of Subdivision (for multi unit sites)
- Council Addressing
- If council have created Tree Protection Zones (TPZ)
- If the property is on a Vic Roads road (for traffic management purposes).
How much notice do you need to schedule my underground power connection?
We require a 2-week lead time to schedule the underground power connections. .
Do I receive a certificate once the works are completed?
Yes, a Certificate of Electrical Safety is issued once works are completed to obtain the Certificate of Occupancy from your building surveyor.
